Manon Berny is an analyst at Technopolis Group in Paris, with experience in studies and evaluations in the fields of health, territorial development and innovation policy. She has contributed to evaluations and studies for European and national public bodies, notably in relation to innovation support and health programmes. Her work combines quantitative and qualitative approaches, including data analysis, desk research, literature reviews and stakeholder analysis. She has strong expertise in data analysis and visualisation, using tools such as Python, R and Stata.
Recently, Manon has contributed to the evaluation of territorial development programmes implemented by Bpifrance and the GIP Objectif Meuse. She is also actively involved in European regional development programmes supporting place-based and interregional cooperation, and is currently contributing to a project supporting the Interregional Innovation Instrument (I3) for EISMEA, as well as to the evaluation of the URBACT programme. She has also worked on several projects in the health sector for European institutions, including DG SANTE and HaDEA, addressing policy design, implementation and evaluation issues.
Manon holds an engineering degree with a specialisation in data analysis, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations of SciencesPo Aix-en-Provence. Previously, she completed a five-month internship at the NeuroRestore neuroscience research laboratory, focusing on transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation for the restoration of motor functions. She is fluent in French and English.
