Miguel Kassabian joined technopolis in april 2025 and has developed expertise in public policy evaluation with a recent particular interest in agricultural policy. He has contributed to evaluations, impact assessment and studies for European and national public bodies.  

Prior to joining Technopolis Group, Miguel worked as a teacher and research assistant. He taught micro and macroeconomics at Toulouse 1 Capitole and participated in research projects at Toulouse Business School and INRAE Toulouse.  

Miguel obtained his undergraduate diploma in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics, France. He obtained a Masters degree from the Toulouse School of Economics in Public Policy and Development. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
