Andrea is a graduate of Central Europe’s most renowned business school (Corvinus University), and of the French elite establishment, Sciences Po Paris. She began her career as a diplomat, in the service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary. Specialising in European policies, she represented Hungary in the Council of the European Union. During her years in the upper echelons of European politics, she learned to master not only the functioning of international organisations and all the technical instruments at their disposal, but also the secrets of negotiation, representation of public interests and public communication.

Since 2010, Andrea has been working in the private sector, but always in close cooperation with public actors. In particular, she has carried out missions of public policy evaluation on behalf of French institutions managing European funds. In this context, she has developed an in-depth knowledge of the instruments of territorial development, and of the strict and effective methodology of the authorities responsible for their implementation.

After having crisscrossed Africa with election observation missions, in 2020 Andrea decided to relocate to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. She has since put her expertise to African decision-makers requiring comprehensive support for their development efforts.
