Isobel Urquhart is a Senior Consultant in the Green Economy Team in the London office. She has over three years’ experience in the delivery and management of numerous large-scale evaluations and scoping studies of energy and environmental policy, energy efficiency, energy innovation, and green transitions. She has provided work for clients within the UK government, including DESNZ and Defra, as well as EU DGs.

Isobel is proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. This includes theory-based evaluation methods, such as contribution analysis and process tracing, as well as data and economic analysis using platforms including excel and R.

Isobel holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Environmental Policy and Management, both from the University of Bristol. During her studies she become competent with policy analysis and took part in several consultancy projects. Isobel also completed a thesis examining the impact of climate and land changes on malaria vectors in the UK using GIS and statistical techniques and examining implications for policy.
