Shrishti Kajaria is a public policy professional with over four years of experience in policy research and evaluation, specialising in business, science, and innovation policy. She has worked with public sector and international organisations to deliver evidence-based insights through rigorous analysis. A mixed-methods researcher, she has a proven record of applying social research methods to collect and analyse data—including survey analysis, econometrics, in-depth qualitative interviews, and literature reviews.
Shrishti has recently contributed to several evaluations at Technopolis. She was involved in the evaluation of the International Science Partnership Fund (ISPF) by DSIT, Archer2 by EPSRC, SMART loans programme by IUK, socio-economic assessment of CERN and economic analysis of open science-based publishing for PLOS. In her previous role at an economic consultancy, Shrishti contributed to comprehensive assessments of business support measures, managed large datasets and engaged with stakeholders. At WWF-India, she evaluated internal programmes, including a qualitative impact evaluation and a large-scale survey study.
She holds a Master in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashoka University (India). Her professional background spans think tanks, NGOs, and consultancies, where she has consistently combined technical research skills with a deep understanding of policy. Shrishti is fluent in English and Hindi and is committed to using evidence to shape more effective and equitable policy outcomes.
