Shrishti Kajaria is a public policy professional with over four years of experience in policy research and evaluation, specialising in business, science, and innovation policy. She has worked with public sector and international organisations to deliver evidence-based insights through rigorous analysis. A mixed-methods researcher, she has a proven record of applying social research methods to collect and analyse data—including survey analysis, econometrics, in-depth qualitative interviews, and literature reviews.

In her previous role at an economic consultancy, Shrishti contributed to impact evaluations for UK government departments and public bodies. She conducted comprehensive assessments of business support measures, managed large datasets, engaged with stakeholders, and communicated findings through detailed reports and presentations. At WWF-India, she evaluated internal programmes, including a qualitative impact evaluation and a large-scale survey study. She also co-authored the peer-reviewed paper “Charisma Failure: Understanding Differences in Support for Conservation of Asian Elephants Compared to Tigers and African Elephants,” demonstrating her interest in using data to address complex environmental challenges.

Shrishti holds a Master in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashoka University (India).
