Intersectoral mobility – opportunities and challenges

Mobility between academia and other sectors is an important aspect of positive societal change and development. Indeed, collaborations build bridges and provide new perspectives and insights, they strengthen trust between organizations and create a common understanding of different thematic areas and societal challenges. Mobility between different sectors can challenge prevailing thinking and promote new approaches and working methods. There are many opportunities but also a lot of challenges.
