Agora Verkehrswende is a think tank operating in Germany and internationally, which aims to develop a coherent strategy for a climate-friendly and socially balanced transformation of the transport system. It is funded by the Mercator Foundation and the European Climate Foundation. In this project, Technopolis conducted an institutional evaluation of Agora Verkehrswende. The focus of the evaluation is on the assessment of the activities, impacts and structures in the second funding phase of Agora Verkehrswende in the period between 2018 and 2022, as well as on recommendations for action derived from this for the future strategic and content-related orientation of Agora Verkehrswende. Methodologically, the evaluation is based on an interview programme with various stakeholder groups, an online survey, and desk review of internal and external documents.
