Evaluation of four initiatives for labour market and skills supply

On behalf of the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, Faugert & Co Utvärdering/Technopolis Sweden has evaluated the implementation of four government remits which shares the overarching objective of developing methods to facilitate and increase skills supply to the business sector. The remits are:

A total of 55 projects have been granted funding within the framework of the four government remits, of which 19 have been included in this evaluation study. The evaluation was carried out during the period May – October 2021 and is based on document studies, interviews, and workshops. The overall objective of the evaluation is to promote learning and development for the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and the Swedish Government in designing and implementing future initiatives and remits to facilitate competence provision and increase labour supply within the business sector, but also for other actors who develop, co-finance and/or implement initiatives within this field.
