Micha Arnoldus is an Analyst at Technopolis Group in Amsterdam with a thematic focus on green economy and international cooperation. He has prior experience with desk studies, systems thinking, and quantitative methods for policy analysis, with strong expertise in sustainable mobility.

Prior to joining Technopolis Group in 2025, Micha contributed parts of the analysis and recommendations of an OECD report, first as an intern and later as freelance consultant. The report focused on designing transformative policy for achieving net-zero transport at the regional level. Micha is involved in several projects on environmental policy, including a study on nutrient policy instruments across Europe. He also supports the team with quantitative evaluations, including analysing CBS micro-data to evaluate instruments that support international market-oriented R&D projects.

Micha holds a BSc in Sustainable Innovation from TU/e and an MSc in Engineering & Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology, a degree that combines social-political science with quantitative methods. He supplemented his MSc with an exchange program in Madrid.

Micha’s native language is Dutch, he is fluent in English, and has an intermediate command of Spanish.
