Mohamed Amine El Gholabzouri is currently an analyst at Technopolis Group France. A dual degree student at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, he has developed a keen interest in public policies promoting ecological transition and sustainable development.

He draws on his solid skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, prospective modelling and environmental impact assessment, acquired during his engineering training and professional experience. At Technopolis, he contributes to several assessments of public environmental policies in France and internationally, including the assessment of Wallonia’s smart specialisation strategy (S3), electrical infrastructure projects within the framework of the AFD-ONEE partnership in Morocco, and energy modelling trajectories financed by the AFD’s 2050 Facility. At the same time, he is interested in developing a methodology for calculating the environmental impact of public policies for climate change adaptation and mitigation.

Before joining Technopolis, Mohamed Amine explored various topics at the interface between science, technology and public action. In particular, he worked at the EMGCU laboratory on the resilience of structures to climate hazards and collaborated with local authorities, including the city of Sarcelles, on the energy renovation strategy for public housing stock by 2050.

He speaks French, Arabic and English, and has an intermediate level of Spanish.
