Technopolis Group

In light of creating full-integrated translational workflows, the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) wishes to restructure its translational research activities and infrastructures. In order to do so, the LIH has commissioned Technopolis Group to evaluate the various services activities of the organisation under three complementary angles:

  1. the assessment of the appropriateness of the organisational structure;
  2. the evaluation of economic models, and
  3. the mapping of the scientific scope of activities.

For this evaluation, Technopolis Group will be carrying out various activities, such as a mapping of the state of play and the process towards a more coherent overall performance of LIH. The project will examine the appropriateness of the organisational structure; the overarching valuation of economic models, as well as a mapping of the scientific scope of activities.
