REF 2029 People, Culture and Environment indicators project final report

This report sets out the proposed framework, indicators, and submission templates for assessing People, Culture and Environment (PCE) in the REF 2029 PCE pilot. Developed through extensive co-creation with the sector, it synthesises desk research, 12+ national workshops, a large-scale survey, and feedback from pilot panels and institutions to create an approach to assessing research culture.
