Marie is a multimedia journalist and strategic communication specialist, dedicated to translating complex EU projects into accessible narratives. Leveraging her expertise in EU institutional communication and storytelling, she designs and executes communication strategies that engages wide audiences. She excels at shaping content, from concept to delivery, to drive awareness and project success.  

At Arctik, Marie currently manages communication for key EU-funded initiatives, such as the EU Ecolabel. Her professional background includes leading communication projects for the European Parliament and the United Nations. She led video productions that were shown to high-profile audiences during European Parliament Hemicycle celebrations in Strasbourg and Brussels.  

Thanks to her background in international journalism, Marie has a comprehensive understanding of content production processes, news cycles and multidisciplinary team management. She thrives on crafting innovative formats and providing editorial input, spanning everything from engaging video scripts to social media content.  

Marie holds a master’s degree in risk communication and crisis journalism, a master’s degree in EU and international journalism and a bachelor’s degree in applied communications. She is a native French speaker, is proficient in English, has working knowledge of Dutch and the basics in Greek.
