Clémence Béjot is a Senior Consultant at Technopolis Group in Paris, specialising in international cooperation projects. With extensive experience in public aid development, Clémence has worked on many international complex projects abroad in different sectors. Her expertise spans policy evaluations, policy implementation and project management in international cooperation and development aid with a focus on transport, urban development, energy, climate, gender and humanitarian areas.

Before joining Technopolis, Clémence has worked for AFD, the French Development Agency in Georgia as a transport, urban development and energy project officer on South Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan), where she managed public policy loans, infrastructure loans and various grants with Ministries, public companies, Embassies, and international donors such as WB, ADB, KfW, EU. She also served AFD in Paris working on projects for the Western Balkans, with a special focus on Serbia and Montenegro and then became Egypt country officer, supervising the AFD portfolio on Egypt from Paris. Prior to this experience, Clémence worked for the International Direction of the French railway company in Paris and for ENGIE Solar in South Africa.

She holds a double Master in Grenoble Ecole de Management and IRIS Sup’ (Institut des Relations Internationales et Stratégiques) in Geopolitics and Foresight. Fluent in French and English, Clémence has an intermediate level of Spanish and is beginner in Georgian.
