These international experiences have equipped him with the ability to delve deeply into topics and contexts across various regions and languages.
Tobias obtained his undergraduate degree in International Economics from the University of Tübingen and his Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Göttingen, Germany. He also participated in student exchanges at the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain, and Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico. Tobias is fluent in German, Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
